2025 End of Year Giving
Help a Child Stay Healthy and in School
Help Us Bring Life-Saving Health Education to 60,000 New Students in 2026
Every child deserves the chance to stay healthy and learn. But in many low-resource communities in Kenya, healthcare facilities are severely unequipped to address even basic needs. As a result, students often miss weeks of school each year due to preventable health issues such as dehydration, injuries, infections, and menstrual pain.
One Good Turn addresses this critical gap.
Through our SHARE Program (School Health Agency, Resources, and Education), we train local teachers to provide practical, life-saving health education and basic care directly in classrooms. These teachers, called School Health Officers, learn to manage common health concerns, deliver health lessons, mentor Student Health Clubs, and help keep students safe and learning every day.
Because of supporters like you:
- 450 School Health Officers have been trained
- 111 schools now receive ongoing health education
- 43,500+ students have gained life-saving knowledge and care
- Schools report major reductions in health-related absences
This Giving Tuesday, your gift helps us reach even more schools in 2026.
And thanks to a generous partnership with Love, Tito’s, every donation grows by 20%—your $50 becomes $60, and your $100 becomes $120.
A gift of $250 provides a school in Kenya with a complete set of school health supplies and educational resources. While every contribution strengthens the SHARE Program, this amount demonstrates the kind of impact your support can help make possible.
Join us in building healthier schools and stronger futures for thousands of children.
